As each piece at Jean Riley is handcrafted to lighten the workload on myself & my small team, we select a few pieces to be made to order, allowing attention to detail with every piece.  Your pieces will be crafted and dispatched within 17-21 business days. 

Please note that each set may vary as no moulds were used in the fabricating of these glasses.

Materials

All of our jewellery is crafted with a foundation of 925 sterling silver, ensuring quality and durability in every piece. Our glass creations are handmade in-house at our Melbourne studio, where we meticulously design and sculpt each item. This attention to detail and craftsmanship ensures that every piece is unique, reflecting our commitment to artisanal methods and sustainability.

Shipping

As each item is made by hand, your piece will be shipped with within 24-48 hrs from order date.

If you purchased a made to order piece, please note this will be Hand-crafted and shipped within 7-14 business days.

International orders may take 7 -14 Business days.

Care info

To safeguard their allure, we kindly advise avoiding contact with perfumes, lotions, and similar substances that could hasten the oxidisation process. Treat them with tenderness, using a soft cloth to clean them gently. Avoid vigorous rubbing to preserve their delicate essence.

When they're not gracing your neck or adorning your ears, we encourage you to store these cherished pieces in their box or pouch. Doing so will safeguard them from any unwanted scratches, ensuring they remain as radiant as the day they entered your life.
